During this 60-minute assessment, you will have the opportunity to complete an InBody, RMR test and flexibility assessment. Following this, you'll receive coaching based on your individual results.

During this 90-minute assessment, you will have the opportunity to complete an InBody, Flexibility, Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) test AND a VO2 Max assessment. Following this, you'll receive coaching on how to improve your VO2 max.
